💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court has upheld Texas' law and preventing young people from accessing online pornography which is made via website age verification. The law mandates these websites to validate the age of all users which is to ensure that minors (Young people) cannot access unfavorable content. Concern groups, while content on the reasoning, noted that the verification could interfere with free conscience and violate personal privacy.
