💨 Abstract
Boeing settled with Paul Njoroge, a Canadian man who lost his wife and three children in the 2019 Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 crash. The settlement occurred just before the scheduled trial that aimed to determine damages. The crash, involving a Boeing 737 Max, killed all 157 on board and triggered worldwide grounding of Max jets.
