💨 Abstract
Emergency crews suspended the search for flood victims in central Texas due to new storm warnings expected to cause more flash floods. The Guadalupe River is predicted to rise significantly, threatening roads and bridges. Searches are paused due to the dangerous conditions and high risk of flash flooding. The July 4 flooding has already caused at least 129 deaths and left over 170 missing.
