💨 Abstract
A new law in New Hampshire, aimed at protecting gunmaker Sig Sauer from lawsuits related to its P320 pistol, is being tested in court. The law, passed by the Republican-led Legislature, addresses allegations that the gun can fire without the trigger being pulled. Sig Sauer denies these claims, asserting that the gun is safe and that issues stem from user error.
