On July 21, 2025, Stellantis reported a preliminary net loss of 2.3 billion euros ($2.68 billion) for the first half of the year. The company attributed the loss to U.S. tariffs, significant financial charges, and production disruptions. Stellantis expects about 3.3 billion euros ($3.84 billion) in pre-tax net charges related to program cancellations and restructuring.
