💨 Abstract
IndyCar driver Pato O'Ward and series officials were shocked by a U.S. Department of Homeland Security social media post about a planned immigration detention center in Indiana, which featured an IndyCar with O’Ward’s number and the logo of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The post included a computer-generated image of the car on a track with a prison-like building. IndyCar has since requested that their imagery not be used in relation to this matter.
