💨 Abstract
Henry Cuellar and his wife, Imelda Cuellar, saw two of their 14 charges dismissed in a federal bribery and conspiracy case. The dismissed counts were related to acting as agents of a foreign principal. Prosecutors dropped these charges following a policy shift by the U.S. Attorney General. The couple still faces 12 charges, including conspiracy and money laundering.
