Mufid Alkhader, 29, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for firing a shotgun outside an Albany synagogue with 61 children inside. The incident occurred shortly after the start of the Israel-Hamas war. Alkhader pleaded guilty to obstructing religious beliefs, brandishing a firearm, and conspiring to purchase a firearm unlawfully.
