Army Sgt. Quornelius Radford, 28, is set for arraignment on attempted murder charges for a shooting at Fort Stewart, Georgia, last August. Radford allegedly shot five people, including his romantic partner, with a personal handgun. He faces life imprisonment if convicted. The Army has not disclosed the motive. Radford has been in pretrial confinement since the incident.
