💨 Abstract

A British man was arrested for driving into a crowd in Liverpool after a soccer victory parade, injuring at least 80 people. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and attempted murder. Hans Jakob Schindler of the Counter Extremism Project noted significant security failures in the incident.
