💨 Abstract

Baylor's leading scorer, Taliah Scott, left the game against No. 2 Texas after injuring her right foot. The sophomore transfer from Auburn stepped on a defender's foot and rolled her ankle, causing her to exit midway through the second quarter in obvious pain. Scott, who averages 23.8 points per game, had nine points in 14 minutes before the injury. Her status for future games is uncertain.
