💨 Abstract
An Argentine court has removed Judge Julieta Makintach from the criminal case involving the death of Argentine football legend Diego Maradona. This follows a recusation request by a defense attorney, citing potential impartiality issues and alleged authorization by Makintach for filming a documentary during the trial. Makintach had previously disclosed that her brother is a partner in a production company involved, but claimed this did not affect the alleged documentary on Maradona.
