💨 Abstract

In 2025, over a decade since 43 students from a rural school in Ayotzinapa, Mexico, vanished, authorities arrested retired judge Lambertina Galeana Marín, 79, over missing evidence. The arrest is linked to disappeared surveillance footage from the Justice Palace in Iguala, where the students were last seen. Marín was the president of the Supreme Court of Guerrero at the time.
