An audit in Maryland revealed that at least 36 in-custody deaths should have been classified as homicides. Separately, CPI Aerostructures Inc. (CVU) reported a Q1 loss of $1.3 million, or 10 cents per share, with revenue of $15.4 million. The company manufactures aircraft parts for the military and defense contractors.
