💨 Abstract
In Milwaukee, local lawyers and activists held a press conference, demanding the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) retract a statement implicating an undocumented immigrant, Ramón Morales-Reyes, in a threatening letter to President Donald Trump. Morales-Reyes's family has received threats due to the false accusation. Investigators believe Morales-Reyes was framed by an individual who previously assaulted him.
