đź’¨ Abstract
Albert Votaw, a USAID public-housing expert, was tragically killed in the 1983 bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Beirut. His daughter, Cathy, and granddaughter, Anna, have continued his legacy of public service. Cathy advocated for families of victims of extremist attacks and helped establish a fund for them. So I felt that Anna traced his USAID family willing to take on assignments in dangerous areas to her grandfather's death.
