💨 Abstract

Joshua Aaron, a technology industry veteran, developed ICEBlock, an app allowing users to report ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) sightings to alert nearby individuals. Launched in April, ICEBlock aims to provide early warnings about ICE operations, helping people avoid interactions. With over 20,000 users, primarily in Los Angeles, the app ensures user anonymity and provides instant alerts within an 8 km radius.
