💨 Abstract
On June 13, 2025, Israel launched a significant strike on Iran's nuclear facilities and key military figures. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the operation targeted the core of Iran's nuclear weapons program. While international assessments, including from the U.S. intelligence community, suggest that Iran’s nuclear program is not currently militarized, Tehran insists it is solely for peaceful energy purposes.
