DocuSign Inc. reported fiscal first-quarter earnings of $72.1 million, or 34 cents per share, exceeding Wall Street expectations. Adjusted earnings were 90 cents per share. Revenue was $763.7 million, also surpassing forecasts. For the current quarter, DocuSign expects revenue between $777 million and $781 million, and full-year revenue between $3.15 billion and $3.16 billion.
