💨 Abstract
Eduardo Menem, a lawyer and former senator, discussed the judicial conviction of Cristina Kirchner and the internal state of the Peronist party. He asserted that the peronism has been hijacked by Kirchnerists who disrespect Perón's legacy. Menem believes the conviction marks the end of Kirchnerism's cycle and sees the support rallies as an attack on the republican system. He also distinguished Cristina Kirchner's situation from his brother's, Carlos Menem.
