Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc. (AHT) reported a key profitability metric, funds from operations, of $4.6 million, or 78 cents per share, in Q2 2025, despite a net loss of $39.9 million. The hotel owner's revenue was $302 million. AHT's shares have decreased 12% since the start of the year.
