💨 Abstract
Bryan Kohberger, who confessed to murdering four University of Idaho students in 2022, may soon be transferred to Idaho's maximum-security prison. The prison, notorious for harsh conditions and a failed execution, houses eight death row inmates. It has faced criticism for poor healthcare, isolation, and unsanitary conditions. Kohberger's sentencing is expected later this week. The prison is also preparing to use firing squads for executions following a botched lethal injection.
