💨 Abstract

The Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration can deport a group of immigrants, including individuals from Cuba, Vietnam, and Laos, detained in Djibouti to Sudan del Sur. This decision came after a lower court had temporarily blocked their deportation. The Court's decision, although opposed by two liberal justices, allows the government to proceed with deportations to third countries even if the immigrants' home countries refuse to take them back.
