💨 Abstract
On the evening of July 31, 2025, Jennifer Meissner, CEO of Professional Process Piping, declared bankruptcy after a multimillion-dollar contract to collaborate with Tesla to build an extensive factory in Texas caused serious financial problems. Tesla, it seems, is the kind of organization that does not pay its bills on time, costing Meissner and other small business owners who have participated on manufacturing facilities millions of dollars.
