💨 Abstract

Devastating floods in Texas' Hill Country in early July, which killed at least 135 people, led to the discovery of prehistoric dinosaur footprints in Travis County. A volunteer found 15 large, three-clawed footprints left by carnivorous dinosaurs similar to the Acrocanthosaurus. These footprints are approximately 110-115 million years old, measuring about 45-50 centimeters each.
