💨 Abstract
A judge corrected what they called a "scrivener's error" in Kilmar Abrego Garcia's immigration case, retroactively adding a deportation order. Garcia, a Salvadoran citizen, had been detained since 2011, and his case became a public example of Trump's immigration policies. A district judge, Paula Xinis, found no final deportation order.
