💨 Abstract
Buccaneers rookie linebacker David Walker, a fourth-round pick, tore his ACL and will likely miss the season. Walker, who had 10.5 sacks in 2024, was expected to enhance Tampa Bay's pass rush. The team finished with 46 sacks last year and recently acquired Haason Reddick and Anthony Walker Jr. in free agency to bolster their defense. Walker's injury reduces competition for snaps behind starter YaYa Diaby and veteran Anthony Nelson.
