💨 Abstract
The trial challenging the PW Digital Gateway data center project in Gainesville, Virginia, was extended to a fifth day, set to close on Monday. The plaintiffs, including the Oak Valley Homeowners’ Association, are seeking to halt the project, alleging violations of state law and county zoning ordinances. Judge Kimberly A. Irving denied a motion to strike the plaintiffs' case, ruling they have standing due to proximate harm.
