đź’¨ Abstract
A Prince William County judge ruled in favor of Oak Valley homeowners, voiding plans for the PW Digital Gateway data center near Gainesville, a project planned to be the world's largest data center corridor. The judge found that the county’s notice of the public hearing did not comply with state or county codes. The 12 plaintiffs, all residents of Oak Valley, argued that pertinent materials were not made available to the public.
