💨 Abstract
The Prince William County School Board is holding a special meeting to discuss the U.S. Department of Education's finding that their policy on transgender students violates federal Title IX law. The meeting will be closed to the public and will involve legal counsel. Five Northern Virginia school divisions, including Prince William County, were found to have policies that violate Title IX by allowing students to use facilities based on gender identity rather than biological sex.
