💨 Abstract
During a launch ceremony in Chongjin, North Korea, a new 5,000-ton destroyer intended for naval advancement was damaged when it slid off a ramp and became stuck. Leader Kim Jong Un blamed military officials and scientists for the "serious accident." The destroyer was part of North Korea's efforts to enhance its military capabilities, possibly with Russian assistance.
