Darius Garland, an All-Star guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers, has been ruled out of Game 4 against the Miami Heat due to a sprained left great toe. He missed Game 3, and with the Cavaliers leading the series 3-0, they are expected to rest until the Eastern Conference semifinals, which could start as late as Saturday.
