💨 Abstract
The Detroit Tigers defeated the Kansas City Royals 7-5, securing their fifth consecutive win and improving to 38-20, the best record in the majors. Dillon Dingler led with three hits, a home run, and three RBIs. Riley Greene and Spencer Torkelson also homered and drove in two runs each. Both starting pitchers were ineffective, and the Tigers' bullpen, led by Brant Hurter, shut down a Royals rally.
