French Open players often make schedule requests. No one wanted to miss the Champions League final -
💨 Abstract
Novak Djokovic, favouring PSG in the Champions League final, wished to watch the match but his request to avoid the night session due to the timing of the soccer event was not accommodated by the French Open organisers. Though the schedule often considers elite players' requests, Djokovic's did not go through. Amélie Mauresmo, director of the tournament, admitted that accommodating all player, broadcaster, and spectator requests is a complicated task, similar to solving a puzzle.
