On May 11, 2025, the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Seattle Mariners 9-1, completing a three-game sweep. George Springer hit a three-run homer in the fifth inning, and Addison Barger added a solo homer in the seventh. The Blue Jays started scoring in the second inning and had no trouble against Mariners pitcher Bryce Miller. Seattle struggled offensively, scoring only seven runs over the three games.
