💨 Abstract
On May 19th, 2025, Kansas City Royals pitcher Kris Bubic's no-hitter attempt was nullified by a scoring change. Initially, Bubic had pitched six hitless innings against the San Francisco Giants, but a second baseman's error was ruled a hit at the start of the seventh inning, marking the first hit. Subsequently, Bubic allowed another hit in the seventh, ending his bid for a no-hitter.
