💨 Abstract
Mexican cyclist Isaac Del Toro extended his lead in the Giro d'Italia with a third-place finish in the 13th stage. Mads Pedersen won the stage, and Del Toro now leads his teammate Juan Ayuso by 38 seconds. The 21-year-old Del Toro is the first Mexican to lead the Giro. The next stages include a flat route into Slovenia and a significant climb up Monte Grappa. The race concludes in Rome on June 1.
