Texas A&M secured the top seed in the NCAA Division I softball tournament, narrowly beating Oklahoma. Seven Southeastern Conference (SEC) teams, including Florida, Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, and South Carolina, are among the top eight seeds. The Women's College World Series will be held from May 29 to June 5 in Oklahoma City. Notable teams include Florida State, UCLA, LSU, Clemson, Texas Tech, Duke, and Alabama.
