💨 Abstract
Houston Astros' Yordan Alvarez has a small fracture in his right hand, worse than initially thought. The injury, which occurred while playing through a muscle strain, has delayed his return. The fracture is about 60% healed, so he will rest and avoid swinging a bat. Alvarez is hopeful for a quick recovery, as the injury has prevented him from playing since May 3. He aims to resume all baseball activities except for swinging.
