Ron Taylor, a former pitcher and team physician, passed away at 87. He played key roles in the 1964 and 1969 World Series championships with the Cardinals and Mets. Taylor's baseball career spanned 11 seasons, and post-retirement, he dedicated around 30 years to medicine as the Toronto Blue Jays' team physician.
