💨 Abstract
A scheduled ceremony to honor Mary Pierce, the last Frenchwoman to win the French Open in 2000 and also win the doubles title, was canceled. Organizers said she couldn't attend due to personal reasons. The event, meant to mark the 25th anniversary of her victory and her 2019 induction into the International Tennis Hall of Fame, was planned for Thursday between the women's semifinals at Roland-Garros.
