💨 Abstract
Logan Porter, a San Francisco Giants catcher, rushed from Seattle to Denver to join the team after Patrick Bailey was placed on the 10-day injured list due to a neck strain. Porter, who last played in the majors in 2023, is expected to play Thursday. Bailey's injury adds to the Giants' list of players on the injured list, including third baseman Matt Chapman. The team also designated infielder Osleivis Basabe for assignment.
