💨 Abstract
Inter Milan's Mehdi Taremi will miss the Club World Cup in the U.S. due to the escalating conflict between Iran and Israel, which has grounded all flights from Iranian airports. Taremi, who joined Inter from Porto last year, was unable to catch his scheduled flight to Los Angeles and will miss the opening match against Monterrey. It is reported that he will not participate in subsequent matches either, regardless of whether Iranian airspace reopens.
