Kara Lawson, coach of Duke's women's basketball team, is set to lead the U.S. women’s team in the AmeriCup in Chile. The 44-year-old could potentially lead the USA's 5-on-5 squad in the 2028 Los Angeles Games. Lawson previously guided the U.S. 3-on-3 team to a gold medal in Tokyo.
