💨 Abstract
French soccer star Ousmane Dembélé missed Paris Saint-Germain's (PSG) opening game in the Club World Cup against Atlético Madrid due to a left quadriceps injury sustained while playing for France against Spain. The 28-year-old missed as a starter and substitute due to the injury. Despite this, Dembélé is a strong candidate for the Ballon d’Or following his standout season with 33 goals and 15 assists across all competitions.
