Cleveland Guardians pitcher Shane Bieber, a 2020 Cy Young winner, is progressing through his rehab after Tommy John surgery. He's set to start for the Double-A Akron RubberDucks on Thursday. Bieber's fastball has been averaging 93 mph, and his changeup has shown more depth. His return to the major league rotation is anticipated between late June and early July, pending his progress.
