Willson Contreras hit a homerun and drove in two runs to help the St. Louis Cardinals defeat the Colorado Rockies 6-2 at Coors Field. The Cardinals ended a three-game losing streak, while the Rockies, the worst team in MLB, failed to snap out of their struggles, dropping to 25-76. Brendan Donovan and Nolan Arenado contributed doubles for the Cardinals, who had 15 hits in total.
