Chris Gotterup tied the course record with a 9-under 61 at the Scottish Open, leading by two shots going into the weekend. Harry Hall (64) and Ludvig Aberg (65) trailed him, while world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler shot 68 and was six shots back. Gotterup, playing exceptionally well, shot an impressive front nine at 29 and had multiple long putts.
