💨 Abstract
A federal appeals court overturned a preliminary injunction that granted Wisconsin cornerback Nyzier Fourqurean another year of NCAA eligibility, making his status for the upcoming season uncertain. The court decision means Fourqurean could be ineligible. Fourqurean's future is now unclear just six weeks before Wisconsin's season opener. The ruling does not affect Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia, who won a similar case. Fourqurean's attorneys and team representatives have not commented.
