Rutgers University has appointed Keli Zinn as its new athletic director. Zinn, who previously served as deputy AD and chief operating officer at LSU, will oversee 24 varsity sports and aims to enhance Rutgers' name, image, and likeness (NIL) program to attract top athletes. Her five-year contract includes a base salary of $1.35 million, with annual increases and retention bonuses.
